We just wanted to let you know that we have been very happy working with Tim the past few months. He is always available to take us around to show us homes, and in the rare occasion that he cannot, he has found a teammate to cover for him. Tim Kellerman was a tremendous asset to us throughout the process of buying our first home. We had done our homework ahead of time, but Tim’s strengths were very obvious to us from our very first meeting. Some of the attributes that made Tim such a pleasure for us to work with are:

Listening: Tim began by asking us what we wanted in our first home, and he listened intently for as long as we needed. He asked thoughtful questions that made it clear he understood the process of buying a home, and he knew he could only help us if he knew exactly what we wanted.

Communicating: Tim did an excellent job of explaining the process of buying a home to us, without talking down to us or assuming we wouldn’t understand. His willingness to answer our questions and explain new concepts made the process very comfortable for us.

Integrity: Tim demonstrated an exceptional level of integrity, doing a great job of representing our interests to the seller’s agent, and alerting us to issues we should consider, from looking at homes for the first time, to putting together an offer, to preparing for the closing.

Collaboration: Tim collaborates very effectively with other professionals in the home buying process. The interactions between Tim and our mortgage broker, inspector, attorney, and seller’s agent were very smooth and professional.

We would not hesitate to work with Tim again, and we have already referred him to friends and colleagues. We would enthusiastically recommend him to both new and more experienced home-buyers.

We have not yet sold a home, so we cannot comment on his strengths regarding working with sellers. However, our experience with Tim was so positive as buyers, we will definitely work with Tim when it comes time to sell our home.
